Check that the kit contains all the parts you will need to fit the cross bars. Refer to parts lists for guidance.

Step 1: Pre Assembly of end Supports
Loosely Assemble the end s Adapter Foot + Strap/Nut +
40mm Bolt as shown in Fig 1
Step 2: Attach end Supports to Factory Roof Rails
a)
Loosely Assemble the end s Adapter Foot +
Strap/Nut + 40mm Bolt as shown in Fig 1
b)
Guide the End Support Assembly onto the Factory roof rail
as in Figure 2 in the desired position fore aft it is
recommended that they are placed a minimum of 700mm
apart
c)
Once the adapter foot is sitting flush on the rail PUSH the
strap into the adapter foot with a thumb until it contacts the
roof rail and hold it there as shown in Fig 3a then Fig 3b.
d)
Use the supplied L wrench to tighten the bolt until snug. DO
NOT torque it down at this time
e)
Check that the strap has engaged the rail as shown in
Figure 4
f)
Repeat steps 1 and 2 for the remaining End Supports
