TERMS OF WARRANTY
The manufacturer gives a 2-year warranty on the products offered by
him. The warranty period is counted from the moment the product is
purchased by the Consumer, with the proviso that the warranty period
is 2 years from the date of purchase, but not more than 3 years from
the date of production.
The Consumer’s complaint regarding the guarantee is made directly
with the Trade Partner by filling in the complaint form and providing
the product or photo documentation (if disassembly is not possible),
warranty card and proof of purchase. No delivery of any of the abo
-
ve documents authorizes the Manufacturer to refuse to accept the
complaint.
The warranty service covers all defects of the product caused by the
fault of the Manufacturer after its delivery or occurred during its use,
with the exception of:
• transport damage
• storage damages (the radiator accepted for storage is conside-
red free from defects, except for hidden defects found after unse -
aled and undamaged packaging has been unsealed),
• storing products in the open air or in rooms with high humidity,
• using electric heaters with the exposure of the heating element
to water jets (without taking into account the degree of protection
of the product),
• incorrect (not in accordance with the instructions) assembly, use
or disassembly,
• use of the heater in a manner inconsistent with its intended use,
