6.2.4. Fixing the kiln to the floor
DANGER
Risk of serious personal injury and material damage caused by a kiln that is not stable!
⇒ The kiln must be levelled with a spirit level before it is fixed.
⇒ The kiln must be screwed firmly to the floor in four places.
Fasten the kiln by screwing the kiln casing to the floor (4x).
Fastening material:
Use anchor bolts (4x) with a metric thread size of M10.
⇒
Anchor bolts are not included with the kiln.

6.2.5. Adjusting the angle of inclination of the ELS kiln floor
The angle of inclination of the ELS kiln floor can also be fine-tuned after it has been attached to the floor or on very
uneven floors.
⇒ This activity is usually not required because the floor at the operating location should be prepared accordingly.

1 Put a spirit level on the kiln floor. Tool:

Loosen the bolts of the bearing on the lower guide roller.
Tool:
• Spanner or socket wrench
•
Allen key
Loosen the bolts by a maximum of 2-3
turns.
