Attention:
The lightweight firebricks of the lining are exposed to strong temperature fluctuations. This can cause hairline cracks in
the firebrick lining. This is normal and does not affect the kiln. This particular issue is therefore not a reason for a
complaint.

Warranty claims
What to do in the event of a warranty claim?

Inform your local specialist before costs arise. After consulting the manufacturer, your local specialist will decide
what to do next.

Inform the manufacturer before any costs arise. It will then be decided what to do next.
3)
In the event of a complaint, please provide the following information:

the type or name of the kiln

the product number or serial number of the kiln
-
the purchase date on the purchase invoice
-
the year of construction (see nameplate on the kiln)
