Example:
BB:ARB:MCAR:EDIT:CARR:DEL 5 us
Sets a start delay of 5 us for the carriers in the carrier range.
BB:ARB:MCAR:EDIT:CARR:DEL:STEP 1 us
The start delay is incremented by 1us for each carrier. That is,
the first carrier has a start delay of 5 us, the second a start delay
of 6 us, and so on.
