This register only contains information which channels are switched on or off for multi-
channel operation. It can be read by the query
STATus:QUEStionable:MEASuring:CONDition?
or
STATus:QUEStionable:MEASuring[:EVENt]?
.
Reading the EVENt part deletes its content!

15 Slave 8 For cascading, signals with a '1' which slave has identified a change of the channel
setting.
