Command error
This bit is set if an undefined command or a command with incorrect syntax is
received. An error message describing the error more precisely is entered in the error
queue.

Execution error
This bit is set if the syntax of a received command is correct but the command cannot
be executed due to various marginal conditions. An error message describing the
error more precisely is entered in the error queue.

Device-dependent error
This bit is set if a device-dependent error occurs. An error message describing the
error more precisely is entered in the error queue.

Query error
This bit is set in either of the two following cases: the controller wants to read data
from the device but has not sent a query, or it sends new commands to the device
before it retrieves existing requested data.

Operation complete
When the
*OPC
command is received, this bit is set if all previous commands have
been executed.

STATus:OPERation Register
The CONDition register contains information on the operations currently being per-
formed by the device, while the EVENt register contains information on the operations
performed by the device since the last readout of the register. It can be read by the
query
STATus:OPERation:CONDition?
or
STATus:OPERation[:EVENt]?
.
Reading the EVENt part deletes its content!

Run executable
If an executable program (*.exe) is started manually or by means of the
SYSTem:PROGramm:EXECute 'filename'
command, this bit is set to 1; when the program
is completed, this bit is reset to 0. The change from 1/ 0 can be checked by means of a Serial
poll and Parallel poll, or it can trigger an SRQ in order to fetch measurement data, for example.
