OSP-B171H RF Digital Attenuators Module

OSP-B171H (left with 2, center and right with 4 attenuators)
The one-slot
OSP-B171H (order no. 1528.1577.42/.44) consists of 2 or 4
solid-state digital attenuators with PC
2.92 (female) connectors for the frequency range
9
kHz to 40
GHz.

The module is available in 2 versions:
●
Order no. 1528.1577
.42
with 2 attenuators
●
Order no. 1528.1577
.44
with 4 attenuators
The attenuators in the module operate independently from each other.
The terminal ports are labeled with IN and OUT, but the attenuators work in either
direction. Hence, you can swap input and output.
Without power supplied to the module, the attenuators have no defined state.
The relays are mounted directly into the module's panel and soldered to the module's
printed board, to avoid attenuator cabling and allow a compact module size.
The switch unit provides power supply and control via a single module bus cable to a
module bus connector on the module's printed board. The module's on-board memory
stores its configuration data.
