This command defines a step size factor if the center frequency step size is coupled to
the span or the resolution bandwidth.

This command defines a frequency offset.
If this value is not 0
Hz, the application assumes that the input signal was frequency
shifted outside the application. All results of type "frequency" will be corrected for this
shift numerically by the application.

This command defines the frequency span.
If you set a span of 0
Hz in the Spectrum application, the R&S
FPL1000 starts a mea-
surement in the time domain.
Parameters:
<Span>
The minimum span for measurements in the frequency domain
is 10
Hz.
For SEM and spurious emission measurements, the minimum
span is 20
Hz.
Range:
0 Hz to fmax
