Usage:
Query only
MEASurement:ATTenuation:STD?
This command queries the standard deviation of the attenuation measurement.
Prerequisites for this command:

Attenuation measurement results must be available.
Return values:
<Deviation>
Default unit: dB
Example:
//Query standard deviation of the attenuation measurement
MEAS:STAR
MEAS:ATT:STD?

MEASurement:ATTenuation:UNIT?
This command queries the unit of the attenuation measurement.
Prerequisites for this command:

Attenuation measurement results must be available.
Return values:
<Unit>
String containing the unit
