Sweep segment number. This suffix is ignored; the command
controls the whole segmented sweep.
Parameters:

Example:
SEGM:ADD
Create a new sweep segment no. 1 in channel no. 1 using
default settings and thus 0 s meas. delay.
SEGM:SWE:DWELl 0.1
Increase the meas. delay to 0.1 s.
SEGM:SWE:DWELl:CONT OFF
Couple the meas. delay in all segments and reset the delay in
segment no. 1 to the initial value of 0 s.
