Loads/saves "Direct Compensation" data from/to the specified file.
The
EXPort
command first acquires the required data, just as a
]CORRection:COLLect:FIXTure[:ACQuire]
would do.
"Direct Compensation" data files are standard
, containing reflection param-
eter traces for the related port(s) and standard.
