AFE Power Structure Component Section

Chapter 4

h. Remove the six hexagonal bolts from the lower portion of the chassis 

backside. 

i. To detach the power structure from its cart assembly, remove the six 

hexagonal screws (three on each lower side).  

j. Remove the six DC output fuses (two per phase) from the power 

structure bus bars.

k. Separate the power structure from its cart assembly, and remove the 

power structure by using appropriate lifting equipment.

AFE in IP21 Rittal Enclosure

If your AFE is in an IP21 Rittal enclosure, continue to remove the power 

structure with these steps.
