Removal and Installation

Remove the 115V AC to 24V DC I/O Converter Circuit Board

1.

Read the General Safety Precautions on page 

10

2.

Remove power from the drive. See Remove Power from the Drive on page 

44

.

3.

Remove the bottom and I/O and control terminal protective covers. See 
Remove the Protective Covers on page 

47

.

4.

Remove the plug-in I/O terminal blocks with the wiring kept in place.

5.

Remove the two M3 x 6 mm screws and washers that secure the I/O 
converter board to the stand-offs on the control board and remove the I/O 
converter board. 

6.

Remove the two stand-offs from the control board.

IMPORTANT

Mark all connections and wires before removal to avoid incorrect 
wiring during reassembly.
