Install with Clevis Mount Accessory
Install the clevis mount accessory with screws included in the kit and torque to the values shown.
Install with Foot Mount Accessory
Follow these steps to mount the linear thruster on your application with the foot mount
accessory.
1.
Verify the mounting surface flatness.
The mounting surface must be flat or shimmed flat to the mounting surface of the linear
thruster within 0.127 mm (0.005 in.) to avoid distortion and damage to the actuator
housing.
2.
Loosely install the all of the foot mounts on to your application with your fasteners.
3.
Loosely install linear thruster to foot mounts by using two of the supplied screws per
foot mount.
4.
Tighten mounting fasteners to your application.
5.
Torque the foot mount screw to linear thruster to the following values.
