USING YOUR SURGE PROTECTOR

1

Plug the surge protector’s power cord into a standard 120V AC outlet. If the LEDs do not light up, press the main power switch/circuit breaker on the front of

the unit.

2

Plug the power cords from up to twelve devices into the AC outlets on the surge protector.

3

Plug your USB devices into the USB ports to power or charge them.

4

Plug in Ethernet or telephone cables to the data line surge protection ports. Be sure to follow the correct direction for INPUT (what is coming out of the wall

or from the modem) and OUTPUT (what is going to a cable box or Blu‐ray player).

An additional Ethernet or telephone cable is required (not included).

5

Plug in a coax cable from cable TV, satellite TV, or for your cable Internet connection. Two sets are provided. Either one can be used if only one device is being

connected. Be sure to follow the correct direction for INPUT (what is coming from the wall) and OUTPUT (what is going to a cable box or TV). An additional
coax cable is required (not included).

Quick Setup Guide

FEATURES

•  Protects equipment from damaging power surges and spikes.

•  Firestop design advanced MOVs with built-in fuses minimize fire hazards

from major power surges.

•  Incorporates noise filtering to reduce EMI/RFI interference and provide

“clean” power that will maximize the performance of your equipment.

•  Twelve AC outlets provide continuous AC power.

•  Six AC adapter spaced outlets accommodate bulky AC adapter plugs.

•  Main power switch/circuit breaker controls power to all AC outlets on the

surge protector, and allows the unit to be reset after a circuit overload has resolved.

•  Two USB charging or power ports, 2.1A total charge current, for fast charging of

smartphones, tablets, or other devices.

•  Protected LED indicator lights when the surge protection feature is working properly.

Note

: If this LED does not light or goes out, the surge protection feature has reached full capacity and can no longer absorb additional surges and spikes. The surge protector

should be replaced if this light goes out.

•  Grounded LED indicator lights when a properly grounded AC outlet is detected.

Note

: If this LED does not light, we recommend that you contact a certified, licensed electrician to inspect your wiring.

•  6 ft (1.8 m) Soft-Flex™ power cord with right-angle/off-set plug enables placement of the surge protector in the desired location. The right-angle plug

allows you to place furniture as close as possible to the wall and not block the second AC outlet.

•  Data line surge protection protects your incoming RJ11 (phone) or RJ45 (Ethernet) line from surges and spikes. Compatible with Gigabit Ethernet

•  Coaxial cable surge protection protects two sets of your incoming coaxial cable lines from surges and spikes.

Before using your new product, please read these instructions to prevent any damage.
