7 General maintenance actions
Maintenance procedures
Every week
The following are maintenance procedures to be performed weekly:
o
Check the water supply filter for growth of bacteria or algae.
o
Clean the rack input line.
o
Clean the rack trays.
Every month
The following are maintenance procedures to be performed monthly:
o
Clean the outer parts (housing) of the analyzer.
o
Clean or change the water supply filter.
Every three months
The following is the maintenance procedure to be performed every three
months:
o
Change the seals on both syringes.
Unplug the analyzer when changing the seals on the syringes.
