3.4.3 Variable Frequency Drive (VFD)
Below is the recommended cable of the various con-
nections for VFD:

3.4.4 Repeater
Below is the recommended cable for the various con-
nections to the repeater:
• Line Power Supply
The power connection should be made with cable,
size 18 AWG.
• RS485 Repeater Communications
Note: Use the same polarity throughout the network
segment.
3.5 Electrical Installation Requirements of
CORAYVAC
® Modulating Heating Control
• CORAYVAC ® and COMPLETE™ Modulating Heat-
ing Control Panel
Controller panel must be feeding from a local fused
isolator for a total amperage not exceeding 20 A.
Notes:
• The total added current load for each individual
relay must not exceed 6 A.
• The total added current load for all 4 relays must
not exceed 20 A.
3.6 Pump Requirements
The vacuum pump is powered directly from the Vari-
able Frequency Drive (VFD). If pump wiring length is
greater than 100' (30 m), a load reactor (P/N
100610XX) is required. Maximum distance with load
reactor is 400' (120 m). Consult factory if distance
required is greater. The VFD will be energized via a
Modbus command from the control board.
