9.5. Test printing
To start test printing, click the [Load] button in Repetier-Host .
Go to the [Slicer] tab and “slice” the model (by clicking the [Slice with Slic3r] button).
When slicing the model is finished, start printing.
9.6. Troubleshooting
Z-axis accuracy
Poor accuracy along the Z axis results in 3D printer malfunctioning. The indications of the
failure are as follows:
● Too highly depositing the first layer (the product does not adhere the print bed and tears
away from the print bed while being printed).
● Too strong adhesion of the first layer (resulting in difficulties when removing the model
from the print bed, “tearing off” the adhesive tape from the printing surface).
