T3A Transmitter • 23

Start Up

This section describes procedures to start up the T3A and place the T3A into normal 
operation.

1. Complete the installation procedures described earlier in this manual.

2. Verify that the power wiring is correct and secure. 

3. Turn on the power source.
4. Verify that the controller is on and operating properly. Refer to the controller operator’s 

manual.

5. The T3A automatically powers on and enters a 1-minute warmup period.

6. At the end of the warmup, the T3A is in Normal Operation.

7. The T3A is factory-calibrated before shipping from RKI. If a full calibration is desired at 

startup, see page 48.
