6.1 Safety information relating to maintenance and troubleshooting
WARNING!
Risk of injury due to improperly performed
maintenance and troubleshooting work!
Improper maintenance and troubleshooting work
can lead to injury and property damage.
– Before starting work, ensure that there is suffi-
cient space for assembly.
– Ensure that the assembly site is kept clean and
tidy at all times! Components and tools lying
around or on top of one another are sources of
accidents.
– If components have been removed, ensure that
they are assembled correctly, reinstall all the
fixing elements and adhere to the screw tight-
ening torques.
– Observe the following before re-commissioning:
– Ensure that all maintenance and trouble-
shooting work has been performed and com-
pleted according to the specifications and
information in this manual.
– Ensure that nobody is still in the danger
zone.
6.2 Maintenance plan
The following sections describe the maintenance work necessary
for optimum, faultless operation of the linear unit.
If increased wear is noticeable during regular inspections, shorten
the required maintenance intervals according to the actual signs of
wear.
