Troubleshooting
If you experience this difficulty...
Try this remedy...
The router exhibits no activity. No LEDs
are on and the fan module is not operating.
Ensure that the power supply is installed and
plugged into a power source and the power source is
active.
Ensure that the switch on the power supply is in the
on position.
The power supply is installed but is not
operating.
Check the power cable and the circuit to which the
power supply is connected.
The fan is not operating.
Check the power cable and the circuit to which the
power supply is connected.
No expansion modules are active.
Check the power cable and the circuit to which the
power supply is connected.
A specific expansion module is inactive.
Ensure that the expansion module has been properly
installed in its expansion slot. For more detailed

An older software version continues to boot
