Indoor Attachment

Select a sturdy door
with enough clearance
around it for you to
perform the desired
exercises.

Lay the door cover (A)
across the top of the
door. The door cover
should be in the center
of the door, and the
cutout should be in the
position shown.

Next, lay the anchor
strap (B) across the
top of the door, in the
cutout in the door cover
(A).

Make sure that

the lock tabs (C) are
on the opposite side
of the door from the
Suspended Body
Weight Trainer.

In

addition, make sure
that the Suspended
Body Weight Trainer
is on the ““outer”” side
of the door so that
the Suspended Body
Weight Trainer will pull
the door closed while
you are exercising.

Outdoor Attachment

Locate a bar that can
easily support the
weight of the user.

Make sure that the bar
has a smooth surface
that will not damage
the anchor strap (B).

Wrap the anchor strap
(B) over or around
the bar. Then, feed
the Suspended Body
Weight Trainer through
the loop of the anchor
strap as shown.
