1 Outlines
This machine is an electric hydraulic pump which drives hydraulic actuators (such as cylinders).
It is designed to automatically switch between two speed modes: when the circuit pressure is
lower than 5 MPa, both the high and low pressure pumps operate and when the pressure is 5
MPa or higher, the oil from the low pressure pump returns through the low pressure safety
valve to the tank, and only the high pressure pump pumps out oil.
This pump is designed for indoor use. Do not use it in any place that may be exposed to
rainwater.
The ambient temperature should be between 0 and 40°C.
For peripheral hydraulic equipment, use RIKEN‘s genuine product.
Use high pressure hoses, high pressure pipes and fittings with a maximum operating pressure
of 70 MPa.
Do not use the pump in any place where serious damage may occur if the hydraulic oil leaks. In
particular, do not use it near flammable materials. Doing so may result in injury, fire, or other
damage.
This pump does not comply with the Fire Service Act.
The solenoids used in the directional control valve (solenoid directional valve) are designed to
operate at a voltage of 200 V AC. Consult us If a valve which operates at 100 V AC or other
voltage is needed.
Do not modify this pump for use other than the intended use.
