Run dry function
Automatic Run dry function:
When you are taking a bath and the level sensor is covered with water for 5 minutes the automatic run-dry function will start
after the bath is emptied.
During the 8 minutes waiting period the screen will display the countdown time. The run-dry function will then start.
Attention:
You can switch off this function before installing your whirlpool with a dipswitch on the PCB.
When holding the dry button the run dry function will start when there is
no
water in your tub (Tub
empty indication. What happens automatically:
- Display shows Run dry function.
- The dry function will start within 5 seconds.
- The hydro system turns on for a few seconds.
- The Aero system will switch on for 45 seconds.
- After that, both systems are turned off and the display goes to the main menu.
Attention:
You can prematurely end the cycle by touching the screen.
When the dry function is active
the level sensor mustn't be activated (e.g. spraying with handshower inside the tub) otherwise the
function won't start until the level sensor is covered for 5 minutes again.
You will reach the heater menu by holding the temperature button. The heater function can only be turned on when the
hydro function is active. In this menu you can activate the heater with the heater button and set the temperature with the
arrow keys. After setting the temperature you press OK to confirm your settings. When the water reaches the set
temperature the heater will automatically switch off and when it drops below the set water temperature it will turn on.
To measure this temperature a temperature sensor is placed in the water suction hose against heater.
Attention:
The option “Heater” is meant to keep your bath water on the set temperature. Not to heat up cold water for
example from 19°C till 45°C.
Important:
Do NOT stay in your bath while you activate your clean pool or while it is running.
When you touch this button for a few seconds you will come in the clean pool menu. This is only possible
when the level sensor indicates enough water in the tub, there is enough clean liquid in the reservoir and
there are no functions activated (also no light). All jets must be completely under the water level. After that
you can start the clean pool function.
1: Display is shown the clean pool function.
2: When you want to return press home. But when you want to continue push OK (total clean pool time
is 238 seconds).
3: After 8 seconds complete system will start.
The Aero system will go on and off.
4: After 7 seconds the clean pool turns on.
5: All motors will switch off after 1 ½ minutes for 20 seconds.
6: Again all motors will start for 1 ½ minutes. The Aero system again will go on and off.
7: End of clean cycles, system turns off.
8: On the display is shown that you must empty your tub. The reason for this is because your water
contains cleaning liquid and is not usable for taking a bath.
Remark:
When the water level is too low while it's cleaning, the cleaning cycles will turn off automatically.
When you want to stop the clean function sooner than the 238 seconds you can touch the screen again.
After that you also have to empty your tub because the cleaning liquid is already in the water.
When the whirlpool system is equipped with heating, the heater is positioned in the suction line of the 1st
hydro motor. This heating unit cannot deliver heat if there isn't actually a flow of water through the heating
unit.
Attention
: Be aware that the (1st) hydro system is switched on before you activate the heater. Otherwise it
will not switch on.
Attention
: When you touch the temperature button you will see the thermometer icon change into the
current water temerature (not the desired temerature). Touching the button again will change the icon
back again.
