5.9.1
Replacing the nozzle
To replace the nozzle, proceed as follows:
put the burner in its maintenance position, as shown in
Fig. 10;
loosen the 3 screws 1)(Fig. 11) from the collar, then remove
the blast tube 2);
loosen the screw 3) and disconnect the high voltage
cables 4);
remove the electrode-stabiliser unit 5);
fix the nozzle-holder 6) with the aid of the wrench, then
replace the nozzle 8);
loosen the nozzle with the aid of a size 16 wrench, and
replace it;
tighten the nozzle then reassemble the electrode/stabiliser
unit, respecting the position of the electrodes.
DANGER
Disconnect the electrical supply from the burner
by means of the main system switch.
