The thermal unit
INSIEME EVO COND B/130 LN
is supplied with two
hoses for supplying light oil to the burner that must be connect-

If the oil feed system is in negative pressure, the return line must
reach the same height as the suction line. This avoids having to
install a bottom valve, which would be essential if the return
hose were to be located above the level of the fuel.
9
The installer must ensure that the negative pressure differ-
ential in the oil feed never exceeds 0.4 bar (30 cm Hg). If this
value is exceeded, the fuel oil will release gas. Make sure
that the oil hoses are perfectly oil-tight.
9
Clean out the oil tank at suitable intervals.
9
The fuel supply system must be suitable for the burner ca-
pacity and must be equipped with all the safety and control
devices required by the Standards in force. For its size, re-
fer to the table on page "20 21" of paragraph "Priming the
9
A filter must be installed in the oil feed line.
9
Before starting the thermal unit, make sure that the return
pipe line is not clogged. An excessive back pressure would
cause the breakage of the circulator seal.
9
On completion of the installation, check that all joints are
sealed.
Light oil pump
9
Before starting the burner, make sure that the tank return
line is not clogged. Obstructions in the line could cause the
sealing organ located on the pump shaft to break.
The pump is designed to allow working with two pipes. For sin-
gle pipe operation undo the return plug (2), remove the by-pass
screw (3) and then tighten the plug (2) again.
9
The suction plug (1) is made of plastic. Once removed, it
must not be used again. In single-pipe installations the re-
turn plug (2) must be absolutely made of steel.
