IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
For use with RIDGID 18 V battery packs, see tool/appliance/battery
pack/charger correlation supplement 988000-302.
Do not expose the power source to rain or wet conditions. Water
entering the power source will increase the risk of electric shock.
The power source is not intended for any use other than supplying
power to a RIDGID R8700 Series heated jacket or charging small
(up to 2.1 Amp) USB electronics. Any other use may result in risk
of fire.
If using the power source in a heated jacket, disconnect the power
source from the power cable and remove the battery pack and
power source from the battery pocket before storing or cleaning
the jacket. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of power
to the jacket being turned on accidentally.
Do not use the power source if it has been dropped or received
a sharp blow. A damaged power source will increase the risk of fire.
Remove the battery pack from the power source when not in use.
Save these instructions. Refer to them frequently and use them to
instruct others who may use this product. If you loan someone this
product, loan them these instructions also.
