Maintenance
This section describes how the NoNa
+
needs to be maintained on a periodic basis.
7.1
Maintenance guidelines
The following guidelines are important for maintaining the NoNa
+
:
Disconnect the mains supply from the NoNa
+
before performing any
maintenance.
Make sure that all pressure has been removed from the pipes.
Make sure that no moisture can get inside the cabinet.
When replacing or disconnecting pipes, bear in mind the presence of potentially
hazardous substances. Also see section "Chemical substances" on page 30.
Do not leave the NoNa
+
cabinet open unnecessarily.
Clean the outside of the NoNa
+
with a soft damp cloth. If necessary, wet the
cloth in a solution of water and mild soap.
For instructions on how to clean up any residue caused by fertilizers or acid,
please consult the safety data sheets provided by the producer of the
chemical in question.
7.2
Weekly maintenance
The following inspection and maintenance tasks should be performed on the NoNa
+
on
a weekly basis:
Pumps: check for unusual noises.
The NoNa
+
and connected pipes: check for leaks.
Ring filters: check and, if the pressure difference is 1 bar or more, clean the
ring filters (see OEM manual provided).
7.3
Monthly maintenance
The following inspection and maintenance tasks should be performed on the NoNa
+
on
a monthly basis:
Clean the EC sensors (see OEM manual provided).
Clean the ring filters (see OEM manual provided).
