If something doesn’t feel right when the SSD is being inserted, remove and reinsert the

SSD.



If the SSD is forcibly inserted, the connector of the controller box may be damaged.

Removing the SSD (Controller Type 2/ OP-10/ OP-5)

When the SSD is encrypted, it is impossible to acquire the system data or the log data from the SSD. If

it is necessary to analyze the data on the SSD, obtain the recovery key from the customer.

Remove the controller box. (
