User Settings - Control Panel Settings

This section explains which functions and system settings are available to users when administrator
authentication is specified. The administrator's configuration of Menu Protect and Available Settings
determines which functions and system settings are available to users. If user authentication is specified,
system settings and functions are available to authorized users only, who must log in to access them.
