SHADING TEST
This function gives the best scan quality by the specified character of the CCD
(Charge Coupled Device). Do this to examine the condition of the print out. Then
examine if there is CCD problems.
< Procedure >
1. Set the [ADJUST
SHADING] in tech mode.
2. Press the Enter key. An
image will be scanned.
3. After the scan, CCD
SHADING PROFILE will be
output.
4. If the printed image is not
the same as the image, the
CCD did not operate
correctly.
Make sure that the cover is
closed when you examine the
CCD.
