3.1
Functional description
SAFERUN

SAFERUN
® CMS-S
the current operating status of the connected pump.
The system logs changes in the operating state, which allow con-
clusions about the operation of the pump in relation to the per-
mitted areas of application specified by the manufacturer.
The messages are assistance to the operators in order to avoid
critical situations that could lead to damage over a longer period
or even failure of the pump.

® CMS-S act-
ing on the magnetic coupling of the pump power and compares
them continuously with reference values whose over- and under-
shoot are reported as an event.
The operating status of the pump is indicated by colored LEDs
(LED) in the housing cover.
1983 records are retained in non-volatile memory and can be
read via the radio interface (RFID) with a specially equipped tablet
or laptop (option Tablet).
With the multi-core connecting cable the machine is connected to
the power supply. The analog output signal is output through the
4-20mA current interface. The value of the output current corre-
sponds to the current operating point of the pump. The output
current is dependent on the parameter.
By HART capability of the system additional information (temper-
ature, speed, power, flow and current operating point similar to
the output current in%) can be routed to a parent process system
for further processing.

(Technical Specifications).
