1) Contact the manufacturer and compare the firmware version of SAFERUN ® with the SAFERUN APP. The SAFERUN ®
firmware version is shown in the parameters list. The SAFERUN APP can be seen as a date in the info mask.
2) The parameters on the SAFERUN ® CMS-T converter can be read out using the SAFERUN APP: The parameters with the
invalid value are listed in the #ERRPARAM field. All parameters can be seen in the Appendix. The process must be
repeated if several parameter values list impermissible values.
7.5.1 Fault information
In addition to the LED information, fault information can also be read out via the SAFERUN APP and
Read RFID. Under "... / Submenu / Brief information" there are the parameters "#ERRCODE" and
"#ERRPARAM. The respective error or state can be read there in plain text.
