2.6 Requirements for staff
2.6.1 Staff qualifications
In this operating manual, the following qualifications are stated
for various areas of activity:

Instructed person
has been informed by the operator of the tasks assigned to
him, and possible dangers in the event of improper behavior.
◼
Specialist
is able to carry out the work entrusted to him and to identify
and avoid possible hazards independently thanks to his
specialist training, knowledge and experience, as well as
familiarity with the relevant regulations.
◼
Skilled electrician
is able to carry out work on electrical installations and to
independently identify and avoid possible hazards thanks to
his specialist training, knowledge and experience, as well as
familiarity with relevant standards and regulations.
The skilled electrician is trained for the specific location in
which he works, and knows the relevant standards and
regulations.
Only persons who can be expected to carry out their work reliably
are authorized as staff. Persons whose responsiveness is affected
by drugs, alcohol or medication for example are not approved.
