Product description
If the plain bearing bushes are to be replaced, we recommend the use of a special device. This auxiliary device is
specifically designed for the sensitive silicon carbide components.
Application
Remove bearing bushes:
♦
Push the device with the side (1) from the suction side through the impeller and center it in the bearing bushing.
♦
With the aid of a press, the bearing bush can now be removed (alternatively by axial striking with a rubber
hammer on the end face of the device).
Insert bearing bushes:
♦
Place the bearing bush onto the rotor.
♦
Slide the device with the side (2) forward from the drive side through the impeller.
♦
By means of a press, the bearing bush can now be inserted (alternatively by axial striking with a rubber hammer
on the end face of the device).

Product description
Serves to dismantle the inner magnet assembly and impeller.
Consists of clamping tube and plate for pushing out the impeller.
Application

The circlip in the notch must be cut open. See
Chapter 7.6.4
.
♦
Press the device with the clamping tube (1) over the inner magnet assembly.
♦
Tighten the two hex. screws (6) with about 30 Nm.
♦
Using the hex. screw (3), turn the plate (2) against the impeller and press the impeller off.
