7.8.4 Assembly of the slide-in unit
Assembly aids:
The following slings are required for mounting
the slide-in unit:

Assembly of the slide-in unit:
♦
Mount O-ring

with FDA-compliant grease,
e.g. Rivolta F.L.G. GT-2.

Push shaft sleeve

Apply two drops of Loctite 638 (green) to the
thread
of
impeller

on the impeller side.

In the case of a plain bearing pedestal with bay-
onet lock, bring the plain bearing bush into po-
sition by turning the puller counterclockwise so
that the bearing is axially fixed according to the
bayonet principle.

Caution! Dry running
If necessary, spray the ceramic com-
ponent with Lexo spray (soapy wa-
ter).
