  All  repair  work  is  to  be  performed  by  qualified 

personnel using the appropriate tools.

the valve identification.  

  Only original spare parts may be installed. 

  To  prevent  leaks,  a  regular  check  of the  connec-

tion  screws  make  in  line  with  the  operating  re-
quirements.

9.2  Dismantling KA-N/F with  

ball/stem 

 

It  is  possible  with  a  KA-N/F,  KAP-N/F  with  ball  and 
stem  to  replace  the  seat  rings  and  ball  without 
dismantling the entire ball valve. 

It  is  equally  possible  to  remove  the  packing  gland 
follower,  spring  gland  follower  and  packing  insert 
without dismantling the body. 

The  entire  ball  valve  must  merely  be  taken  apart  to 
remove the stem.
