When you firstly use this function, you need to add an email account to the device. The device
supports several accounts working together.
Portal sites email accounts and enterprise email account adding methods are different.
6.8.1 Add portal sites email accounts.
(Example: Gmail, MSN, Yahoo, etc.)
Take Google email account for an example here.
