HOW TO ADJUST AND OR CHANGE DRIVE BELT ON BGM4005 

REMOVE ROUND SANDING PLATE 

REMOVE THE 4 DRIVE BELT COVER SCREWS 

SLACKEN THE 4 MOTOR MOUNTING BOLTS, THIS WILL ALLOW THE 
MOTOR TO MOVE BACK AND FORTH. AT THIS STAGE BY SLACKENING 
THE BELT IT CAN BE CHANGED IF REQUIRED. 

TENSION THE BELT BY SLIDING THE MOTOR AND TIGHTENING THE 
MOUNTING BOLTS. 

(CAUTION - DO NOT OVER TENSION THE BELT AS THIS MAY PUT TOO 
MUCH PRESSURE ON THE DRIVE BEARINGS).
