ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Stand the h eadboard (A) upright , align the s ide r ails (B) , and i nsert the t hreaded r ods (1) into the holes on the
s ide r ails (B) . A ttach the c urved w ashers (2), l ock w ashers (3), and n uts (4) onto the t hreaded r ods . T ighten
with the s panner w rench (5) . Refer to Figure I.
2. Repeat above procedure to attach the f ootboard.
3. Attach the c enter s upport s lat f oot (F) to the c enter s upport s lat (E), as shown in Figure II.
4. Place the c enter s upport s lat (E) into the U - shaped brackets on the h eadboard (A) using the s crew s (7) , as
shown in Figure III.
5. Place the s lat r oll (D) into the cleats on the inside of the s ide r ail (B). Screw the ends of the s lats to the cleats
using the s crew s (6) , as shown in Figure IV.
