Different cursor symbols
Depending on actual cursor position in radar image, the cursor
changes its figure*:
Pointing onto a VRM it changes to .
Pointing onto an EBL it changes to .
Pointing onto a crossing area of a VRM and an EBL of same group
(EBL1/VRM1 or EBL2/VRM2) it changes to .
* Change of cursor indication only happens, when regarding
EBL/VRM function is activated.

Electronic Bearing Line - EBL
RADAR 4600 offers two electronic bearing lines, [EBL1] and [EBL2], which are normally centred to OS, but
may also be used as floating EBL, centred to any by cursor marked point of radar image.
At right downside corner of radar image, the regarding control cell
contains activation buttons and data windows.
Not activated functions are shown in grey.
To activate an EBL, click the regarding button. It changes to blue. In
parallel, the combined EBL/VRM button changes to blue shadowed.
The activated EBL appears as dashed line. The set
bearing is shown in the regarding info cell.
EBL1 has a short dashed line and EBL2 a long dashed
one.
When EBL/VRM button shows blue and you move
cursor to an EBL, the cursor changes to following
symbol .
Now you can readjust EBL. Click, hold and move the
EBL with cursor to a wanted bearing or target, for
bearing measure.
