Reusable
Locking
The Adult transmitter can be used with a
reusable locking band. The material used to
make these bands is thicker; therefore
making it stronger and more difficult to cut
through or stretch. The band comes with a
small key that is used to remove the band.
This band is intended for Adult Day Care
use only where residents are supervised
and checked on regular basis throughout
the day.
WARNING:
Due to the locking buckle
design which presses a cam against the
band material, if you pull hard on the band
material, it may slip. Therefore, it is
important to check the resident bands on a
regular basis throughout the day.
To band an Adult transmitter with a
reusable locking band:
1. Insert the reusable band through the slot
on one side of the
Transmitter, from
bottom to top.
2. Verify that the lock
is facing outward.
3. Pull the band over
the top of the transmitter and insert it
through the slot on the other side of the
transmitter, from
top to bottom.
