To use the reference function output, select the source of the converter control in P509. In
parameter P502, the reference value to be transferred through the BUS interface is
determined.

With this parameter, the internal pulse frequency for control of the power section can be
modified. A high setting value results in a motor noise reduction, but also to increased EMC
radiation and reduction of possible motor torque.
Note: When the setting 6.0kHz is chosen, the degree of radio interference
limit curve A 1 is observed. As a precondition, the wiring guidelines
must be met. For more details, please refer to Chapter 13.4,
Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC).
Note: An increase of the pulse frequency causes a reduction of the available
output current in dependence on the time (I

t characteristic). For more
details, see Chapter 13.2, Derating of Electrical Data.
