The cleaning and disinfection work must be carried out in accordance with one of
the cleaning schedules in chapter 5 Maintenance
. The subsequent rinsing of all the treated surfaces with fresh water (drinking
water quality) is particularly important for reliably removing all the residues of the
cleansers and disinfectants from the treated surfaces.
