•  Do not overfill the appliance beyond the MAX level indicator. Overfilling may result 

in splashing and burns. Check and monitor the water level regularly to avoid dry 

boiling.

•  Never to operate the appliance without liquid in the container.

•  Make sure the cord does not come in contact with sharp or hot objects and keep 

it away from open fire. To pull the plug out of the socket, always pull on the plug 

and not on the cord. 

•  Make sure that no one can accidentally pull the cord (or extension cord) loose 

or trip over the cord. 

•  Always keep an eye on the appliance when it is in use.

been stood idle over the weekend.

any kind of separate remote control system.

DO NOT POSITION THE URN SO THAT THE TAP HANGS OVER THE COUNTER EDGE.

GROUNDING INSTALLATION 

This appliance is classified as protection class I 
appliance and must be connected to a protective 
ground. Grounding reduces the risk of electric 
shock by providing an escape wire for the electric 

current. This appliance is equipped with a cord ha-
ving a grounding wire with a grounding plug. The 
plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly 
installed and grounded.
