adjustment period.
During this brief phase your body may need to become
accustomed
to
new positions
optimal
for sleep and
recovery. We recommend you build
up to a full night's
sleep in
the
most effective position
for
your body slowly,
so your body
and
mind have
the
best chance
to
adjust.
For the first
few nights we
recommend that
you sleep
in
the Therapeutic Sleep
System
with the head and feet only
slightly
elevated.
Increase elevation in
small
increments
throughout the first couple
of weeks,
until
your body
feels
completely
supported
and comfortable.
Once you become accustomed to sleeping elevated, we
recommend you select the 'Semi-Fowler' button which
will elevate your head and feet
by 30 degrees (optimal
Sleeping Position). If this
isn't
perfect
for
you,
from here you can
slightly
adjust
both ends until
you find your
most
comfortable
sleeping
position.
Once
found,
press and
hold the
'My Zone' button for 10
seconds. This will memorise
your preferred sleeping
position for you to use
every night, guaranteeing
you the best sleep of
your life!
The MyZone memory
position can be reset
at any time by following
the steps above.
