INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE RETURN OF THE AUTOCLAVE:
1.
Before sending back the machine, send us this form filled by fax to the number 0039 522 875579 and
please wait the authorization for the shipment that must be with your agent at your charge.
2.
Unauthorized or not agreed shipments won’t be accepted.
3.
Empty both water tanks (used and clean water)
4.
Remove the trays and trays-holder and keep them.
5.
Send back the autoclave packed in the original packaging in which it was purchased. In absence of the
original packing please pack the machine in a suitable packing on pallet for handling with transpallet.
6.
The maximum cost of repair will be € 370,00. In case of replacement of the heating element or electronic
board, the cost will be increased of € 170,00. The repair of the machine will follow our internal protocol
provided by internal quality system.
7.
In case of not acceptance of the offer, will be charged you € 100,00 to be paid on delivery to the carrier
(C.OD. against documents),except transport costs and possible suitable packing.
8.
Requests for any autoclaves in loan for use, will be processed according to the availability and with a cost
of € 100,00 (transport excluded).
9.
Repair will be including a control and a possible upgrade for a perfect sterilization.
