Cleaning and Storing
Use the radio controlled wall clock only indoors and do not expose it to
moisture.
Clean the housing only with a lightly moistened cloth. Do not use chemicals or
abrasives in order not to damage the surfaces.
Replace batteries if faulty readings are displayed or indoor and outdoor
temperatures are not clearly visible anymore. Do not mix old and new batter-
ies in the units. Preferably use alkaline batteries for proper function.
Remove all batteries from the units if you do not use them for a long period
of time.
Using multiple Clocks/Transmitters
The radio controlled wall clock can receive signals from up to three different
outdoor sensors/transmitters (B1). Thus it can display the temperature of three
different places in the house, garden, etc.. If you own two or three radio controlled
wall clock sets, you can setup the clock to receive and display the appropriate
wireless outdoor sensor/transmitter.
Each outdoor transmitter has to be setup to a different transmission channel in
order to receive and display the signals separately from each other by the wall
clock.
1. Use the channel selector switch (B4) of the wireless outdoor sensor/transmitter
to select the desired channel (CH1, CH2 or CH3).
2. Press the channel selcetion key CHANNEL (A4) to toggle the display of the
outdoor sensors/transmitters. Each time you press this key, the next channel
will be displayed. If a channel is not in use, the display of the wall clock (A2)
will remain empty.
3. If the channel has been setup properly and the outdoor temperature display
(A2) still remains empty, press the test key (B5) once to force a temperature
data transmission from the wireless outdoor sensor to the wall clock.
