9 Troubleshooting
This chapter describes the possible problems you may have with your machine and how to solve
them. Contact the manufacturer if you need assistance or if any other problem arises.
9.1 Problems with the machine

Possible cause
Solution
The power supply cord is dam-
aged or not plugged in.
Make sure that the power sup-
ply cord is undamaged and
plugged in the electrical socket.
The machine does not start.
There is no mains power sup-
ply.
Wait until the mains power sup-
ply comes back or connect the
machine to a different power
supply (e.g. a generator). The
machine will continue with the
selected programme.
The Thermal error light blinks
red and the heater has turned
off.
The temperature inside the
catalyst reached the upper lim-
it.
Wait 1 hour, then push the Re-
set button. After approxim-
ately 40 minutes the catalyst is
warmed up and the machine
will continue with the selected
programme.
